Paying
Your Dues
Online
If you would
like to have access to see your
property’s covenant violation letters, ACC
letters and balance, as well as
paying your assessments, you will need to log on
to the Homeowner
Portal.
We always recommend you pay
through your own bank’s bill pay,
but if you pay by credit card, eCheck, or debit
card, you will be charged a
fee. You can do this through the DAMC Homeowner
Portal Pay Now
feature.
Registering
for
Portal:
To register for the Homeowner
Portal, please use
the Account ID number unique to your
address.
- You can
find on
your Invoice for
HOA dues, or
you can email ccarr@damctx.com and request your ID
number.
Using this ID
to register, you
will create your own unique login and
password.
- After your initial login, you
may return to your neighborhood
website and use the credentials you created to
log into the
Portal.
Setting
Up Email
Statements:
If you wish to set up
your billing for your HOA assessments to be
received via email, instead of
postal mail, follow these
steps:
1. Go
to Homeowner
Profile
2.
Click “Change eStatement
Settings”
3.
Enter email and "Save", or click
"Save" if email is already in the
system

*This will prompt a verification to be
sent to your email, please complete the
verification process via email to set
up
eStatements.
Adding
a Second
User:
If you wish to
add a second user profile
in the portal, you can add a co-owner / spouse
by following these
steps:
1.
Go to Homeowner
Profile
2. Click “Add
Additional
Member”
3. Fill out
form
accordingly
Payment
Issues:
THE PAYMENT WINDOW WILL NOT
OPEN;
If this
occurs, it is most likely because
you
need to turn
your pop-up blockers
OFF. Doing this will allow
the payment window to open up without being
blocked by your internet
settings.
